Providers ending their services (Aldi Talk, Simyo, Medion,...) are having a hard time processing all transfer requests.  Due to this, the normal procedure is slower than usual.  Most number transfers have been accepted, but still need to be released. We constantly check for updates.

In case of questions, please direct them to your previous provider.
Should you not get a reply in due time, then you can always contact the mediation service (or BIPT if needed). We do ask you to be a little patient though,  as this should be resolved automatically over the next few working days.
